Quality Control for Commercial Brake Parts
Quality Control
Quality work starts before quotation
For commercial brake parts, quality control is not only a final inspection step. Buyers need the correct product model, dimensions, structure, material scope, packaging requirement and order-specific document needs confirmed before bulk production or shipment.
Meklov helps buyers organize the information needed to reduce wrong fitment, wrong packaging and unclear inspection expectations.
IATF 16949 certified quality system. The certificate is available to qualified buyers for supplier-review purposes on request; the public website does not publish the certificate file or certificate identifiers.
Buyer should confirm
- Product model or verified sample reference
- Critical dimensions and side position
- Material, coating, lining or hardware scope
- Packaging, label and carton-mark requirements
- Inspection photos or order-specific records needed
